We noticed that for some reason, the Affiliates Coupons Bulk Options for Individual Use was not checked. Now we have several hundred coupons that are not marked as Individual Use. We need a way to update all Affiliates Coupons so that they are Individual Use only. Is there a way to do this on the backend OR by chance can you provide us with a PHP script to make this change on our backend?

Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for choosing our affiliate marketing tools for your site.
The easiest way would be to delete all coupons by visiting WooCommerce > Coupons, select them all, trash and then empty the trash. Afterwards you can create your coupons again in bulk.
