I have the following problem. Campaigns are not saved correctly. The records in table aff_campaigns all have ID 0. When creating, the following is always displayed: Campaign could not be created. After second click on create there are the corrupt records. Please help.

Hope you’re doing well and sorry to hear you’re in trouble with affiliates campaigns.
Please try reinstalling Affiliates Enterprise plugin but also make sure that the option to Delete all plugin data on deactivation is not enabled. The option can be found under Affiliates > Settings and if not enabled it will keep your affiliate data intact once you deactivate Affiliates Enterprise plugin. It would be safe to also take a full backup of your site files and database before proceeding in case something goes wrong.
In case you’re currently using any third-party plugins that are responsible for optimising the database then you should disable them because we already have several customer reports mentioning unconfirmed database modifications or even table deletions.
Also, is there anything logged in your debug.log file after trying to visit the campaigns section related to Affiliates Enterprise plugin or in general?
To enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and replace this line:
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
with these lines:
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
