Cannot see any sales – several test done

Posted in

I set up the affiliate pro plugin in order to get people to sign up and give them a percentage of sales that people make based upon the link or banner on the affiliates website. I did a test run, but cannot see any sale or commissions like your demo video. How can I see the commissions made by the sale?
When they first come to the website, the browser shows the affiliate id, what happens if they change that page which will need to be done in order to check out and make the sale? Does the system automatically know its coming from the affiliates link?

I have the woocommerce integration tool, I have everything set up, and I have also watched your video. Are you sure that this plugin works well with the newest version of Woocommerce, because I have made several test purchases using an affiliate link, and I cannot see any sales or referrals what so ever. I have also looked over your documentation completely and its simply not recording the sale. Its also not a plugin issue as I disabled none essential plugins also.

I would appreciate your help please…

Thanks in advance…

Please refer to the documentation. Please do not post on existing topics but create a new topic for your issue, every topic is for a particular case and a different deployment than yours.

I think I got it to work, but now I have issues when people get sent to the word press login page and this is something I don’t want. You said in another posting about this to add a redirect shortcode, but where do I place it that people will see a login when hitting submit on registration?

      Perfect,
if you need to redirect after affiliates registration, you have available [affiliates_login_redirect] shortcode. But if you need to redirect after wordpress registration you need to use external plugins e.g. Peter’s login redirect.

    Hi,
if you are doing the test with a user who is an affiliate, be sure you have checked ‘Allow auto-referrals’ in Affiliates->Settings:Referrals
If this is not the problem, please give us an url to have a look.
    cheers
