The links are working, we can download our files.
When we are trying to open .xlsx, .docx, .pptx files downloaded by the Groups File Access plugin we get the following error:
“Excel cannot open the file `filename` because the file format or extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file.”
But when we download the file from the original link “/wp-content/uploads/…” the file is not corrupted and you can open it.
.pdf are downloadable and can be opened.
