I can see that I can specify rates on individual products, but is there a way to specify these on a category level which then filter down to the child products. For example:
Category A – 15% (for all products in this category)
Category B – 13% (for all products in this category)
Additionally, Is it possible to have tiered rates as well as the above. For example,
Affiliate A – Tier Level 1
Rates:
Category A – 15% (for all products in this category)
Category B – 13% (for all products in this category)
Affiliate B – Tier Level 2
Rates:
Category A – 12% (for all products in this category)
Category B – 10% (for all products in this category)

Hi Donna,
You can set it with Rates. After creating a new rate, choose WooCommerce for the Integration and select the Term ( category) where you like to apply a special rate. Repeat this process for all your categories.
The same process should be done for tier levels. You should create a new rate for each category again and this time choose the desired level as well.
After the process is done, you should have 6 different rates in total.
