I recently had added an Affiliate and linked my website to hers. We had someone visit her website and click on my affiliate link. The customer tried to buy something from me using her credit card on the SSL option, but she claims it was not working, so she used paypal instead. Not only that, but my Affiliate did not receive credit for directing traffic to my website. Are there any steps that I may have missed? If so, please let me know so I can fix this

Hi there,
A test affiliate account has been created and an order placed. You should see the referral as pending in the Affiliates > Referrals section (clear the filters if any are set).
If that has not been created, please enable debugging in your wp-config.php and create a test order after visiting an affiliate link and check the content of the debug.log file in wp-contents to see if there are any errors caused by conflicts.
But from the outside, it looks ok – also make sure you have set a referral rate (Affiliates > Settings) – see the documentation for more details.
