Connect Affiliates to Ninja Forms

Posted in

Hello i am trying to follow this thread,

Form Referrals and Leads

While trying to Add “Affiliates” Action in “Emails & Actions” step i cannot find an action affiliates, looks like its missing.
I have installed itthinx and ninja forms, both are up and running on my WP site.

We are rewarding affiliates for submitting referrals (leads) that leave us their Name and Email.

I appreciate your help,
Pavel.

    Hey Pavel, you’re welcome I’m glad it worked.

    For such modifications you can use custom CSS rules and modify the look yourself -a google search on this can help further-, or hire a designer to modify it for you.

    Kind regards,
    George

    Hi Pavel,

    You’re welcome, I’m glad you’re proceeding with your setup.

    Regarding recorded referrals, after visiting Affiliates > Referrals you can enable the options to Expand details, Expand descriptions and Expand data which can be found in the Filters section appearing on top of that page.

    Kind regards,
    George

      Thank you so much George, much appreciated!

      It worked and i was able to set up and test Affiliates and the form works great.
      I did almost everything except the color and size of the submit button and the padding between the two text boxes.
      Is there a way to change the color and size of the button and the padding to look like the original form i did before ninja forms?

      Here is the form that is using Ninja forms and Affiliates:

      And here is the original webinar page:

      Thank you for your help again.

    Hey Pavel,

    You’re welcome and thanks for providing access to your site. It appears that you haven’t installed Affiliates Ninja Forms integration which I installed and activated on your site for you.
    After checking the Ninja Forms form creator the options to add an Affiliate or Affiliate registration actions are present as they should.

    Hope you enjoy our plugin.

    Kind regards,
    George

      George, thank you so much for your help!

      I was able to proceed with the tutorial and did everything as far as i understand.
      I tested the system and the Affiliates using the following link
      https://rpgecom.com/draft-webinar/?subscriber=2

      Contact Us form on the bottom.

      I entered details and the form sent me a Name and the Email of the subscriber and even redirected me to the correct thank you page.
      While i navigate to see the subscriber details as in the example at the Referrals section i see only the Affiliate and not the contact details of the person that left his details.

      Did i forget another extension?
      Please help me figure this out.

      Many thanks,
      Pavel.

    Hi Pavel,

    Welcome to itthinx.com and many thanks for choosing our Affiliates tools for your site.

    Just in case, can you please confirm that Affiliates Ninja Forms integration is installed and activated on your site? If after checking this, you are still not able to add a new Affiliates or Affiliates registration action in the form settings, it’s better to have a closer look at your Dashboard by sending us temp admin access to george at itthinx dot com. At the same time also make sure to check your debug.log for issues which is located under wp-content folder once you enable WP debugging.

    Edit your wp-config.php file and do the following:
    Replace this line:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    with these lines:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

    Kind regards,
    George

      Hi George, thank you for your kind response and for offering to help us with the site.
      Yes Ninja Forms is installed and i also tried Formidable Forms it is also installed and active.
      I am sending you the temporary access you need to check things out.
      I also talked to Ninja Forms assistance and they said this feature has been created by itthinx.

      Thank you for your help,
      Pavel.
