I purchased Affiliates Pro and Contact form 7 integration.
I’ve set up a contact form and created a affiliate.
When I load the site with the affiliate url (http://www.crowdfunderbootcamp.com/go/22/?affiliates=4) and submit the form, I only get direct referrals. The form data is also not saved.
please help!

It does save the form data. I’ve checked your admin access again but it seems you have a new installation there as it offers the new language choice in WordPress 4.0 so I didn’t proceed.

I moved the wp installation from crowdfunderbootcamp.com/wp to crowdfunderbootcamp.com as I thought it might have caused the issue. Updated also… But no changes..

please set the ‘Included form ids’ in Affiliates->Contact Form 7, and the values in Affiliates->Settings.

I’m having the same problem. What needs to be adjusted? I need form data to be saved and emailed to the affiliate as well.
Fields I have on the form are:
[text* your-name]
[email* your-email]
[text your-subject]
[textarea your-message]
[submit “Send”]
Settings I’m using under Affiliates > Contact Form 7:
Included form ids is empty.
Included form ids is empty.
For example, you can use the tokens
[your-name]and[your-email]in the notification email subject and body.If you look at the information provided under Affiliates > Contact Form 7 > Notifications you will see that this is linked to the Notifications section.

– What fields do you have on the form?
– What settings are you using under Affiliates > Contact Form 7?
