Hello, i’m not sure your software can do what I want it to do.
This is what I need it to do….
I have created banners and the codes work. I have installed the contact form7 plugin and the form, and the banners are directed to the form. I receive the form. But were is each form tracked with a code? I can’t find that. I need to know who each form should be allocated to. I can’t understand when to find a lit of the forms sent with affiliate codes attached so I know which affiliate had sent which form/lead. Wen I receive the form, there is no indication on the form which affiliate sent it either?
Please help? I’m a week behind.
I see digits there under Affiliates > Referrals. But from the forms coming through to me I cant see which affiliate has referred them, all I see is the time it was sent. Which means I have to check each time stamp on a form against the referrals time stamp. Surely there is an easier way? Or am I missing the logic somewhere?
What is the logic behind your system? How do I know that a referral is a complete form that I have received without a very laborious checking each form against a time stamp in the referrals.

It sounds like you haven’t enabled the expand options in the filter section on top of the screen:
[ ] Expand details
[ ] Expand descriptions
[ ] Expand data
You must at least enable the first one, Expand details and you will have two additional lines below each referral, one for referral data (which contains the submitted form data) and another one as description. When you click on these, they will expand. They will be expanded automatically when you also enable the corresponding additional options.
The username you provided to have a look at the site isn’t accepted when I try to lo in, can you please double-check and send the login details to support at itthinx dot com?
Form submissions will create referrals visible under Affiliates > Referrals with form submission data.
Can you provide a link to the site please? We can register a test affiliate and do a test submission so you can check that it works.
