We have purchased the Affiliate Pro plugin and have installed the same and also created some affiliate users. We have also created coupon through WooCommerce and then assigned that coupon to each unique affiliate user.
Further, we have placed the order form front-end and have used the coupon on the cart page and placed the order but that order is not displaying under that affiliate member. for credit purposes of teh sale. Only the order amount is showing under affiliate member once the order has placed using the affiliate url.
Please guide us on how we can connect the coupon used to the affiliate so when sales are made, we see the proper tracking and each individual affiliate is provided the correct credit for the sale. & the AMOUNT of the coupon is calculated into the transaction to provide the customer the discount associated to the coupon.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m not concerned about rates or commission, unless you are telling me that the ONLY way we can get a coupon to provide credit to an Affilaite is to set up a commission Rate then please advise.>>>>
We have assigned COUPONS to the affiliates in the admin panel so a customer can receive a discount. We need the Customer to get a discount based on the coupon entered and #2 We need to see in the back end that this Affiliate assigned to that coupon is credited in the admin panel (back end) so we can, of course, make sure the Affiliate receives credit for the sale. Please Help me accomplish this as it has Not worked as of yet. My next request is to actually talk to someone that can assist first hand if logging into my back end to help is required so i can launch my website with the features i purchased in Pro, I need your help. My tech team is stumped at this time.

Happy new year and thanks for being a valued customer.
To have the affiliate credited when a sale is made, you would need to have rates that have the affiliate attributed to it. To achieve this head on over to Affiliate -> Rates, Click on New rate. Next set a value(which could be a fixed amount or a percentage[for example user, 0.01 for 1%] or formula) for the rate. Then select the Affiliate which you would like the rate to apply to in the Affiliate field, after which you should select WooCommerce for the Integration field.
#Note: If you would love to have the coupon or rate applied just to a particular product then you would need to specify the product, in the object field.
Lastly, click on save and you are good to go. If you need to have this made for other affiliates please repeat the steps above and that’s it.
