I just purchased your plugin Affiliate pro and I am having many issues.

Ok, I deleted and reinstalled 1.4.1 plugin, still it is not updating, I get thuis message : “an error occurred while updating Affiliates Woo Commerce Integration: update package is not available. Please advice. Thank you.

This is obviously not right, the Affiliates WooCommerce integration installed through the Integrations list is always the latest available.
Please remove the Affiliates WooCommerce Integration 1.4.1 and then install the integration again with the aforementioned process.

It is almost like this plugin does not see my subscription or my key.

If your access has expired, please renew it here. If your access is still valid, please check that your service key is correct.

Thank you for your reply. The main site theme is Divi, so it is kind of strange why affiliate page looks like this. Woocomerce plugin is shown as being installed and active in integrations, but it is still 1.4.1 and there is no way to update it. I have a correct key too.

Thanks for using Affiliates Pro as your affiliates management system.
The Affiliates Dashboard and the content generated in it, is also inheriting styling rules from your active theme, this is why you can notice differences between our demo screenshots and your own installation. This is expected because if the Affiliates Dashboard was using only its own dedicated styling, the output would be totally different than the rest of your site, making it look as if you have visited a different location.
However, you can always adjust this with your own custom CSS rules using your favorite editor and modify any or all of its elements styling.
As for Affiliates WooCommerce integration, once you install, activate and add your licence key to Itthinx Updates, you will be able to install it via Affiliates > Settings > Integrations (tab), WooCommerce. If after that you are still unable to install the integration, please let me know.
