Two separate questions:
#1 With the Pro version, for all of my affiliates, can I set a different commission percentage payout based on the order volume? For example, pay an affiliate 20% for an order $1 to $1K, 30% for orders over $1K, 40% for orders over $2K, and so on.
We don’t have multi-levels of affiliates, just one layer of affiliates with our products integrated on their websites and they want to receive a commission for any order placed on our website as a direct result of a referral from their website.
#2 – Is there a means to allow for continued referral credit to an affiliate based on additional future purchases made by their referred customer to our website (i.e., after the initial purchase has been made?)

I installed Affiliates Custom Method plugin, but I don’t see any setting changes or otherwise on the backend. What exactly am I supposed to see and where? Thanks.

in Affiliates->Settings:Commissions as value you can select ACM::by_sales.
But this custom method doesn’t solve your request, you can use this code to create your own solution.

1.- By default you don’t have this option. You can create your own solution using the Affiliates API.Maybe my custom method by sales can help you as reference.
2.- Please have a look at Affiliates Permanent.
