Disconnected Affilates Coupons

We installed Affiliates Coupons and we running into issues with the coupon code not showing up for the Affiliate so we can give them credit.

We use the following short code on the pages but noting is showing up for them even though user have used their code.
[affiliates_woocommerce_orders]

Some guidance around how to get things re-connected would be great.

Thank you

Ben

Thank you for looking into this issue. Do you have a script we can run or some steps we can take to ID others who might be having this issue?

      Hi Victor,
If your woocommerce coupons are in lower case, you can use the SQL LOWER function and update all the ‘attr_value’ with ‘coupons’ as ‘attr_key’ in the wp_aff_affiliates_attributes database table.

Please look for a message for our web developer to get you into the system. The coupons are being displayed, please reply to him to get some examples of users that are having issues.

We do not think this is solved yet and needs to be reopned. Our developer is trying to email you some more details because the we starting having this issue once we added the Affiliate Coupon plugin in Jan. All affiliated before this have no issues. It is Affiliates post Jan 1 2017 that are having this issue, so we need more testing done please.

our web developer has been trying to email you but gets bounce backs, so I will just post here. Here are two users who are reporting issues and we cant get sales data for based on their coupon code. Please be in contact and keep this case open until this is resolved.

          Hi Victor,
I have done some tests. The problem was that the coupon assigned to Jeremy C. was not the same as the one created in Woocommerce.
Remember that the ‘coupons’ attribute is case sensitive, so if your woocommerce coupon is ‘rspjeremyc’, the affiliate’s coupon must be ‘rspjeremyc’, not ‘RSPJeremyC’.
I have changed the Jeremy’s coupon to ‘rspjeremyc’, and the referral is created correctly.
          Kind Regards,
          Antonio B.

I am sorry, I was not as descriptive with my 1st message, so please let me try again.

We installed the Affiliates Coupons a couple months ago and have started to notice users sales not getting synced with the Affiliate information.

When I go to Affiliates -> Referrals or Totals I do not find any information about the sales even though I can see sales with their coupon code come through. The codes are working to get the percentage off at time of sale, I just think there is a disconnect between my new Affiliates and Users, like something is not happening to keep them in sync.

Do you have some troubleshooting steps I can take, Like run some queries, or reports to help see why Affiliates are not seeing this information.

    Thank you for any guidance.

      Hi Victor,
      Sorry I misunderstood you.
From Affiliates->Manage Affiliates you can select to display the ‘Coupons’ column, so you can see if your affiliates have coupons associated.
If your affiliates have coupons and the problem persists, you can send me dashboard admin access to antonio[at]itthinx[dot]com indicating this topic and I’ll have a look at this.
      Kind Regards,
      Antonio B.

    Hi Victor,
You can use the affiliates_affiliate_profile shortcode. Something like this:
    [affiliates_affiliate_profile show_attributes="coupons" /]
So the affiliates can see their coupons available from the affiliate-area page.
    Kind Regards,
    Antonio B.
