I have not checked other browsers, but when i download a protected file (https://www.domain.com/?gfid=1), Firefox states that there is unknown time left.
It appears that the file size attribute is not provided to the browser, when coming from Groups.

Not sure I totally understand your request, however, please could you share a screen recording of the issue?
I would advise you to test your internet connectivity and try downloading the file one more time. If the issue persists please let me know.

It only happens with Group Files. Other downloads where I hyperlink to the file work fine.

Without Group Files (direct link), it will say “10 seconds remaining. 20MB of 115MB.”
