this is a message i get inside my wordpress, but i can’t find the corresponding downloads:

i found something in the comments here:

but when i deactivate / delete the light tool, i don’t see any other non-light tool to install.
or is the tool you are going to send over helping out at that point..?

That’s great you found everything. 🙂
There are many reasons why this error occurs. Your server firewall is blocking access for example.
You can always install the integration manually, i can send you the plugin by mail. What is your mail address?

weeee. i found the link that you ment.. on a different page..
the message i provided was from the integrations page.
i found the corresponding link now on the top of the page.
but error:
An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

nope, it has a link that points to: http://www.itthinx.com/plugins/itthinx-updates/
and there is no link for a download.
and yeah, i know, where the downloads are, but where do i find the EXACT tool aka Affiliates WooCommerce Integration.
i can’t find it, or at least it has a different name or whatnot.
when i use search, i end up here: http://www.itthinx.com/shop/affiliates-products/
is this, what i need? the plugin name is different, sooo. i don’t get it..

You can find the Downloads link on top of itthinx.com in the navigation menu.
Itthinx updates plugin can be installed directly through your WordPress installation. The message that appears has a link which installs the plugin to your site. Once installed and activated you can follow the link in the plugin settings and obtain your Service Key.
After that you can install the available integrations through your Dashboard under Affiliates > Settings > Integrations.
If you still prefer to receive them by email, simply mention your address in a comment and i will you send you both these plugins.
