Emails not being sent to new registrants

All people who are signing up for affiliate program are not receiving emails upon signup. Only some.

Test orders on Admin account being credited to a random affiliate?

Hi Kathryn,

Thanks for providing access to your site.
I have installed a custom addon that will handle notifications sent to users that become affiliates.
Please give it a try and let me know if you need further assistance.

Hi Kathryn,

Could you please provide access to your admin area?
You can send me temp admin access to george@itthinx.com to have a look on your setup.
Also, please enable debugging in case there are issues and conflicts with your other plugins.

To enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and replace the following line:
define('WP_DEBUG', false );
with these lines:

define('WP_DEBUG', true ); define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
after that, any errors will be added to a file named debug.log under your wp-content folder.
