When the affiliates go to their profile in their dashboard, they are being told to register instead of save for their profile information. How do I fix this for them?

Hi Abel,
Can we have a look at your Dashboard please? You may send us temp admin credentials to george at itthinx dot com and also make sure to enable WP debugging in case there are issues on your site at the moment you’re not aware of.
To enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and replace this line:
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
with these lines:
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
All logs will be stored in wp-content/debug.log file.

Dear George,
Thank you for your quick response. I did find out from one of my affiliates this morning that she needed to completely fill out the registration form for it to allow her to save instead of saying register.

Hi Abel, welcome back to our support forum.
FYI, there are three reasons I can think of why this could occur:
1. The affiliates haven’t completed their registration successfully and therefore they don’t exist as users in the system.
2. The affiliates have successfully registered but their registration is pending approval, therefore they are not able to login. The new affiliate registration status can be found in Affiliates > Settings, under Registration tab.
3. The affiliates haven’t logged in using their user credentials so the Affiliates Dashboard cannot show their data.
Can you please check the above and let me know if they help you?
