    Hi Mark,

Thanks for providing access to your Dashboard and site.
The error you get on affiliate registration form is related to reCaptcha for WooCommerce plugin. Once I deactivated it the registration doesn’t give that error anymore and I have successfully registered as an affiliate with username itthinxaffiliate. The error didn’t occur when WooCommerce was deactivated because WC itself is a requirement and therefore the reCaptcha check didn’t trigger in that case.

Regarding referrals I have also installed and activated Affiliates WooCommerce integration which tracks referrals on sales referred by your affiliates and gives them commissions. I would also recommend you to have a look at the documentation for the integration in case you need to use the referral status update options that depend on the order status.

The issue that still persists has to do with new affiliates added through the Dashboard under Affiliates > Manage Affiliates and for that reason I would like you to also enable WP debugging and allow me to deactivate plugin(s) selectively in order to debug that issue as well.

    Kind regards,
    George

    Hi Melissa,

Yes I can have a look once you provide us temp admin credentials to your site. During my test session I might even need to deactivate plugin(s) selectively until I locate the one that is producing this message. You may send the credentials to george at itthinx dot com.

    Kind regards,
    George

      Thanks George.

I have emailed you the information as requested.

Hopefully it’s an easy fix as we need to pay affiliates for last month and unfortunately with this issue can’t view details to confirm transactions either.

If you require any further information to assist in troubleshooting please do not hesitate to let me know.

      Warm regards

      Mark Schneider

    Hi Melissa,

Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for using our tools on your site.
The error message you get when trying to register is not an error message coming from Affiliates Pro. Please proceed and deactivate your plugins one-by-one till you locate the one that is generating that message. If I were you I would start from the plugins related to captcha validation.
    Hope it helps.

    Kind regards,
    George

      Hi George

Thanks for your response. We’ve had our website developer look into this issue for us and she has advised that the following:

” I’ve isolated it, and it’s WooCommerce that is triggering the error. Can you please get in touch with the plugin developer because we can’t deactivate WooCommerce, and the affiliates won’t work with it active. Please ask George what steps we can take. Is he able to access the site to fix? If so, please give him access or ask him to send me the file to repair”.

Can you please assist as we have a number of affiliates awaiting signup and unable to register. Unfortuantely with this issue we can not add manually either.

      Warm regards

      Mark
