Hi, I have a problem importing users. This is the error:
Error on line 1, is not a valid email address.
Error on line 2, f.nicoletti@123.net is not a valid email address.
Error on line 3, roberto.scarpa@123.it is not a valid email address.
Error on line 4, daniela@123.com is not a valid email address.
(I’ve changed the original domain in 123 for privacy)
I checked 10 times the txt file and it is correct.
Can you help me?

You have lots of non-printing characters in the test import file you have sent us. Doing
$ cat -v Cartel3.txtproduces this output (shortened) :??m^@.^@m^@i^@r^@a^@g^@l^@i^@a^@@^@1^@2^@3^@.^@i^@t^@ ^@ ^@m^@i^@c^@h^@e^@l^@e^@ ^@m^@i^@r^@a^@g^@l^@i^@a^@ ^@ ^@ ^@s^@u^@b^@s^@c^@r^@i^@b^@e^@r^@...This probably stems from an unwanted conversion that the file has undergone while you have been editing it or transferring it. Please make sure that non of these characters are in there and your import will function properly.

If you can send us the file to support at itthinx dot com, we’ll test this file (change the domain to 123)
