we has this issue already last June. You gave me a patch, and advices to add some code to my functions.php and it was solved.
But now the same issue appears.

I have WordPress installed in a subdirectory.
It´s the same on my staging site. When I go to https://demo.funkzeugnis.info/a-test/?partner=4 where the order form is, referrals are created. But when the visitor is coming again or from the general link https://demo.funkzeugnis.info/partner=4 and navigating to the page above, no refferals are created. By the way, EM which I also use on this site works!
I have Affiliates Pro V3.0.0 and Affiliates Gravity Forms Integration V2.0.0 running. Maybe the updates changed something?
I tried to remove the code in my functions.php, this made no changes.

Can you please send me a copy of your .htaccess file?
There is probably a wrong redirect that results in storing cookies in wrong paths, first the cookie is stored with a path like https://demo.funkzeugnis.info (the Site URL) but then the system looks for stored cookies in https://demo.funkzeugnis.info/wordpress which is the WordPress URL, resulting in no available cookies.

refferals are created only when coming directly to the page, using the affiliate link.https://demo.funkzeugnis.info/test-page/?partner=7
But if You come again and don´t add the /?partner=7 to the url. no referal is created.

Hi Rudolf,
I had performed tests on your staging site and everything seems to work properly. FYI, i created a new page( Test page) and used GF form id 22, with the proper settings for affiliates and after submitting the form i got a referral recorded for the affiliate.
Please have a look on your live site, in case you use different settings. Can you please mention the settings for affiliates you used, for the form you came up with the issue?
