Group Pluging Error

Getting this error on our site:

      FYI the new version 2.17.0 has just been released with this fixed.

      No, I wouldn’t do that. We’re going to release an update that fixes the error anyhow, I’m looking at it right now so we should have it ready quickly. Please wait for the new release and then update Groups as soon as it’s available.

    Hi,

    Thanks for reporting the error! It seems that this needs to be fixed as PHP 8.x raises an error when 7.x raised a warning (neither should happen in any case).
