Groups File Access

My Group file access plugin is now not getting updated automatically. It says, “You currently do not have access to updates.
If your access has expired, please renew it here. If your access is still valid, please check that your service key is correct.”
I did pay for the plugin when I obtained it. I am not sure why I do not have access to updates. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
