I’m using Groups PayPal at my WordPress site and I keep getting user’s accounts suspended at wordpress. Meaning that my clients pay for our service via PayPal, have access to the WordPress site, but lose access after a couple of days.
Any ideia how to solve this?

The duration is correctly set, I’m having this problem with some subscriptions, not all of them. Can you explain me what having a subscription suspended means? Because when a client cancels or fails to pay the subscription it appears to me as cancelled, I have no ideia why some of them – which were paid – become suspended.

With regards to your inquiry, please can you verify the duration of the product which assigns the members to the desired group is properly set. Furthermore, you would want to make sure the Time unit isn’t days unless it is the desired number of days you would want.
