[groups_group_info] shortcode help

Hi,

is there a way to show more than 1 variable using this shortcode? For example:
[groups_group_info group="Member" show="name,user"]

Sure sounds good I will format it and try some other avenues as well. Just wanted to make sure that this shortcode can only accept one argument.

Any plans to enhance the reporting capabilities of the plugin? Would be a good Groups Admin feature (as an addon for example)…

    For me it would be an ability to create pages or posts that have the entire group information object in tabular format that can be exported and downloaded into a csv.
    
    Similar to the shortcode but something that would display all of the group information such as username, email, membership duration, etc in downloadable format.

      Many thanks Nat, that sounds quite useful. We have an extension that does the CSV exporting part but it doesn’t cover displaying that information on the front end. Just in case you might find it useful and want to have a look, it’s Groups Import Export and the documentation is here.

Hey Nat,

Why don’t you keep both lists in a page using two columns, so that the name and user appear inline. This might require some CSS adjustments but I think it’s worth trying.

Thanks for your reply. Yes I have tried it twice and it works but then I get two lists which isn’t what I am looking for.

I am trying to see if I can create a table on a page with all the user info based on group membership.

Is my only other option the import / export addon?

Hey Nat,

Hope you’re doing well!

FYI, the shortcode attribute show can accept only one argument. Have you tried using the shortcode twice, once to show the name and once to show the user?
