i need to know how can affiliate users requset to withdrawal the commission, and also need if customer purchase a product via the affiliate url , he also get some discount on products , i mean i need to give commission to affiliate users and some discount to customers . how can i implement it.

Note:All the payments to your affiliates can be processed manually.
Currently, affiliates can’t request withdrawal of commissions. This is so because we offer you, the site administrator the ability to issue these payouts yourself with the use of Mass Payment Files.
From your WordPress Admin dashboard, If you visit Affiliates > Totals, you will find the option to create a Mass Payment file which will include the necessary info for Referrals with preferably Accepted status and can be processed in payment gateways that support bulk payments like PayPal.

For this, you’ll need the Affiliates WooCommerce Addon for Affiliates. I’ll send you a link right away to the email attached to your order.

Not quite sure I understand you clearly on this inquiry, please if you explain further that would help a great deal. However, if I understand what you are asking, then you use coupons for discounts to your customers. You can access coupons by navigating to WooCommerce -> Coupons from your WordPress admin dashboard. Here’s a resource to help you use WooCommerce Coupons.
