How can I have different referral rate for different users

Posted in

Hi there!

I just bought the Affiliate pro since in the features it said I can have different affiliate rates for different users. Now that I have install it, it seems that you can do that it still has universal rate.

Please let me know how I can do that, otherwise there is no point of me paying for the service.

Thank you!

    Hi Antonio,

So I figured out to add the attribute to both pro and enterprise but the system doesn’t count the attribute referral rate. Could it be because I still have the woocommerce integration light. The Affiliate Pro Woocommerce is nowhere to be found in the plugins to download and the link on the setting – integration doesn’t work.

    Please advise.

If that is the problem and I could use the Affiliate Pro I really appreciate to be refunded for the Enterprise.

    Thank you!

Please check if you have installed and activated the Affiliates Pro or Enterprise.
From Affiliates->Settings:Integrations you can install the pro integrations (you must have installed the Itthinx Updates and the service key set)
If the problem persists, you can send me dashboard admin access to antonio[at]itthinx[dot]com indicating this topic.
      Kind Regards,
      Antonio B.

    Hi Antonia,

Thank you for the info. But my screen is very different from the the documentation. When I go to edit the affiliate I can edit everything except the referral rate. I ended up buying the Enterprise as in the features it specifically said I can have different rates per affiliate but even that doesn’t work.

Please let me know if there is anyone who can help me ASAP.

I have announced the program and now it’s not working.

    Thank you!

    Hi Anahita,
you can do it from Affiliates->Manage Affiliates. If you edit the affiliate, you can set a custom rate for the affiliate.
Please have a look at this documentation page.
    Kind Regards,
    Antonio B.
