How is the banner feature used correctlt

Is this a featured where the banner image is embedded into the site and each affiliate can add a banner as a form of personalization or is this meant to go on another site as a sort of link to the affiliated site?

I have already purchased affiliate username to ad some customization do you have anything that can give further personalization to the affiliates site when they send customers there

    Hey Antonio,

I have read the docs I made sure to do so before creating this question. I grasp that I will need to embed the shortcode to have use of the banner. But your reply nor the doc make a clear distinction to the purpose or location of the banner. After reading the documentation again I get the feeling this banner is displayed in the back end for the affiliate to see while in their affiliate area. Is that correct or does the banner display on the actual site for the customers to see when on this affiliate link. and I would assume that this shortcode is embedded in that affiliate area like I am being led to believe I would need to embed the affiliate username plugin I recently purchased.

I appreciate your help with this I need to understand the practical use of this feature please

      Hi Kevin,
you should have an affiliate-area page that your affiliates can visit in the frontend, ex. http://www.yourdomain.com/affiliate-area
Editing this page you can add all the shortcodes that you need. So the affiliate can see his custom banner code or custom url code (with his username or id as parameter, ex. http://www.yourdomain.com/?affiliates=XXX ), and he can copy the code, and paste for example in his blog or social network.
      Kind Regards,
      Antonio B.

    Hi Kevin,
you can use the render="code" and url attributes. Please have a look at banners documentation page.
    Kind Regards,
    Antonio B.
