I’m trying to apply the affliate enterprise to my site but I need the update to the enterprise edition in order for some of the issues I’m having to go away. Our tech that’s applying the plugin needs the updates. How do I get those?
Also – if I wanted to use it on two or three sites, do I need to repurchase or is there a way for me to change my license from the single site to multi site under five?

What issues do you get? Perhaps you should indicate them here with a comment, in case we need to further investigate them.
In general, when there is a new version of Affiliates Enterprise available, you will see the notification in your Dashboard as you see for the rest of your plugins. The only prerequisite for this notification is for you to have installed and activated Itthinx Updates plugin, which handles updates for plugins bought in http://www.itthinx.com.
Regarding your license, i will forward your request to sales department and you will be notified asap.
