how do I set up that any orders are only set as pending and not automatically set to accepted?

    Hi Stephen,

    If you are referring to WC orders you may choose not to complete them.
    If though you choose to keep only the referrals for these orders pending, you can change the setting under Affiliates > WooCommerce integration if you disable the option for Completed orders to auto-adjust referral status. Also, under Orders processed make sure that the first option is enabled. Furthermore, you need to review the default referral status under Affiliates > Settings, Referrals tab and make sure that it is set to Pending.
