Hi, I bought Affiliates Pro and activated the gravity form plugin, I set up the form at this link by enabling referral settings on the gravity form but it doesn’t track commissions as a percentage, it only records clicks, where am I wrong?

The process is pretty standard, using *.po files. Just make sure to translate all the available *.po files for your language.

I think that the issue with referrals has to do with the fact that the Referrals on form submissions are not enabled for the form with ID 9.

Just to be sure that there’s nothing else missing, I created a new test form with a simple product field, added a 0.1 rate for all affiliates and submitted the form through the page being embedded. The result is normal and the referral commission correct for that test submission.
Please proceed and enable the option, and then have another test. Of course if your issue persists, then you should let me know.
Once you’re done with the tests, you can safely delete
– forms with IDs: 13, 14
– the page with ID: 1200
– the form rate with ID: 4

Yes it should work upon form submission regardless of the payment option, as long as there is an amount field to calculate the commissions.
I can offer to have a closer look at your setup, once you provide temp admin access to a staging clone. Please make sure to also enable WP Debugging and then create a temp admin account using, george at itthinx dot com as the email address.
