Is it possible to integrate the Products Plugin with another shopping cart?
I have purchased Affiliates Pro with S2 Integration and the Products Plugin. I wish to pay 50% commission to my sellers and 25% to affiliates. But I am unable to configure Products since I am not using any of the said shopping carts. I am using getDPD as my shopping cart.
Please advice.

Getdpd does have an affiliate program but I do not want to use it.

sorry but there isn’t an integration with getDPD shopping cart. I haven’t tried it, but I think that getDPD has an affiliate program integrated.
