We are having an issue with our Mass Payment File Export to enable payment to affiliates via Paypal. When I export the Mass Payment File it does not match the affiliate totals for the given range, instead is exporting a file with completely different totals and referrals. The file does not match. Thanks for the additional info provided.
Most probably the issue you get relates to PHP running out of memory. There are several entries related to that and I would expect you to also have other issues on your site because of that.
What you can do is first create a staging clone, enable WP debugging and then proceed by deactivating all your plugins apart from Affiliates. Then try to export again a specified set of totals and check the result.
If the issue persists then it would be better for us to also have a look at your staging clone Dashboard. You may provide temp admin access using my own email for this account.

What about the results rendered when applying the desired filters prior to exporting? Do they update after applying filters and correspond to your selections?
Once you get your developer look into this and enable debugging, make sure to go to Totals again, apply some filters and then provide us with a copy of your debug.log file, as attachment to george at itthinx dot com.

The filtered results rendered on the screen ‘prior’ to export appear ok, however when I export the file the results do not correspond with the selection. I will send you an email with the error log file provided by our developer. Warm regards, Mark

I’ve applied filters correctly and the exported file is totally different from the totals included within the set range (1-31 Dec 2021). The file exported does not include affiliate totals from this range selected. The exported file includes a massive list of totals totally different from the range selected. It’s as if the file exported includes all affiliate sales recognized over time.
I am not receiving anything unusual logged in the browser console. I’m not familiar with wp-debug.log so will need to have our web developer look into this. Warm regards, Mark

Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your issue.
Normally, when no filter is selected in Affiliates > Totals, then all totals will be exported. Furthermore, when filters are applied, the rendered results will correspond to these selections. In any case though, the Mass Payment File always includes what you see in the results.
I’m wondering do you get the proper results when filtering in Affiliates > Totals? Do you get proper results according to your filter selection?
Also, is there anything unusual logged in the browser console or wp-debug.log when filtering totals and exporting the Mass Payment File?
