Just realised by Woo Commerce Integration was Deactivated …what does hit mean for my affiliates?

Posted in

Hi,

I’ve just realised that the Woo Commerce integration wasn’t activated in the back end of my wordpress site.

What does this mean for my affiliate tracking? I can see hits and visits but there are zero’s next to referrals.

Have I missed some of the affiliate sales that might have come through? I’m not sure when I last updated my plugins, How can I tell how far back this might go?

Thank you!
Crystal

    Hi Crystal,
if the integration was deactivated, then commissions (referrals) hadn’t been registered.
Hits & visits has been registered, but not commissions.
You can use the last referral as indication about the integration was deactivated.
    Regards,
