Login stuck in a loop

Posted in

Hi,

I have set up three pages; one for login, one for registration, and one for the dashboard.

The problem I am facing is that when I login via the login page, using the login & redirect shortcode, it redirects to the dashboard page, but then asks for a login again and does not accept it. I then seem to enter a login loop.

Registration: https://ecomersh.co.uk/affiliates-registration/
Dashboard: https://ecomersh.co.uk/affiliates-area/
Login: https://ecomersh.co.uk/affiliates-login/

Can you help fix this please?

    Hi Nathan,

    Good afternoon. I trust you are well and safe!

    Thank you so much for reaching out and for using Affiliates Pro. It brings us such great joy to know you are using our plugin.

    With regards to your inquiry, I have gone ahead to check the site, and I noticed the affiliate is unable login because the affiliate is pending approval upon registration. Please see the screenshot below:

    Ideally looking at your setup at the moment, I would say only the https://ecomersh.co.uk/affiliates-area/ is needed, considering you can always register and login from there.

    However, once the affiliate is approved by you in the backend, they should be able to login and access the affiliate area. If you would prefer affiliates to be approved immediately after sign up, then you would need to specify that by:

    * Navigating to Affiliates > Settings > Registration
    * Set Status to Active
    * Click Save changes

    I remain available to help if you have any further inquiries.

    STAY SAFE and I wish you a very fine and productive day ahead!
    Best,
    Eugen.
