I am running Affiliates Pro on a Woo commerce platform and have not been able to generate a mass payment file for Paypal. Instead when I click the mass payment button it returns a 404 page.
Can you please help me troubleshoot this?

Was a solution found for this issue? I get a 403 error when trying to generate the file and I’m not sure how to solve it. It goes to a forbidden page. Please let me know if I can fix this problem and if so, what i need to do.

Hi Mala,
A 403 would indicate that ‘something’ is blocking access to the file that generates the mass payment file or that the file that is generating it itself is not readable by the web server. You can try to (make sure that the option to delete data on deactivation is disabled first) remove the plugin completely and check that the
wp-content/plugins/affiliates-profolder is deleted before you install it again. Also disable any unrelated plugins when testing as there might be a conflict (any plugins related to WordPress security enabled?).Cheers
