Hi, may I know does your plugin supports the following requirement?
1) Affiliate will earn 8% commission with certain accumulated amount, let’s say below $5k sales on monthly basis.
2) Affiliate will earn 10% commission with accumulated $5k and above sales on monthly basis.
I would like to make the commission based on the accumulated amount and not per transaction basis, can your plugin do that?
And how if his referral made $6k in the first sales, how much commission will earn by this affiliate?

In order to provide commissions to your affiliates based on their monthly performance, you need a custom implementation that will keep track of their referred sales, store the net sale amounts and then calculate the commission to be granted for the set interval.
If the monthly interval is not mandatory for your project, then you can use a ranking system like this which will automatically promote affiliates according to the number of referrals they have produced and will apply a different commission rate based on the rank they belong.
