Just an FYI… All of my Affiliate Enterprise errors that I have recently posted about have all been resolved by rolling my site back to WordPress 4.3.1
My site was upgraded to WordPress 4.4 and all of my issues started. Once I rolled the site back, everything I have posted about including the short code errors has been resolved.
Yes George, my system status shows this. Affiliates Enterprise by itthinx – 2.13.3 and the WordPress upgrade to 4.4 caused my issues with the short code and any other issue I have posted here recently.

After upgrading to WP 4.4 did you also upgrade your Affiliates Plugin as well.
There has been a new version released ( 2.13.3 ) which is tested and is compatible with WP 4.4.
