My Refferal codes are not working

Hey! Followed the documentation even though not able to access the plugin and referral codes aren’t working.

Commission Totals are inaccurate

Hi Madhura,

Thanks for providing access to your Dashboard. As it seems your rates are not setup correctly, the proper setting for the rate to give a 15% commission to the specified affiliate should be 0.15 and the type selected should be rate. I have fixed the rate with ID 5 and the commission is correct for the recorded referral on test order #7356, which you may safely delete.
In general if you wish to use percentages for the commissions then you should select rate as type and add the percentage using decimal numbers.
ie 0.15 for 15%, 0.2 for 20% etc.

Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for using our affiliate marketing tools on your site.

May I recommend you to help further with your setup? As long as you provide us with temp admin access to your Dashboard and make sure that Affiliates Pro and Affiliates Coupons plugins are installed and activated on your site, we can check your installation and recommend the necessary steps needed to complete the setup. For the temp admin account you may even use my personal email address: george at itthinx dot com.

It would also be very useful to mention what have you tried so far, so that we know what to do next.
