i bought this morning affiliate pro, cause it was said to manage notification to affiliates
i installed it; it works but only sends a basic notification saying almost “hey hello, you ve made a sale”. I thoughed there would be an integration with wooco, enabling a new email personnalisation in wooco parameters (like Vendor plugin for example that enables this feature)
i bought this to make a proper notification, means i use woocommerce and just want to add all fields that are included in the customer order (except its email ) in the notification notifications including
Order Number
Customer name
Pdf Voucher attachement
Order price
Order product…
….
how can i do to get a proper full notification of the order
please help
Hi julien,
There are message tokens available to use in your notification emails to render such data. You can find the complete list in the documentation page for notifications.
Also, there is an extension developed by Antonio available in Github. You can download the zip file and install it as a normal plugin. This extension gives you some extra tokens like [user_username],
[user_email], [user_displayname], [order_id], [order_total].
The only ones that are not covered are Pdf Voucher attachement and order products. I will check though if these can be added in a future release of the plugin.
Also, another way to inform your affiliates on the products involved in one of their referrals, is by using the extension affiliates woocommerce views. This extension uses shortcodes that render information about the orders an affiliate has referred. These shortcodes can be put in the Affiliate Area page or any other similar page you use for your affiliates.
