If we have a customer that makes a purchase and forgets to use the code necessary to give the affiliate credit, how can we go back and connect that customer to the affiliate permanently as well as give them credit for their commission?

Thank you, Antonio. I’ve now purchased Afflilates Permanent and installed. If I now assign a customer to an affiliate, that affilaite will be credited with all past purchases from that customer as well, correct?

you can create manually the “lost” referral in Affiliates->Referrals.
If you have installed Affiliates Permanent, you can associate them in the user edit page.
