I know this is obviously outside the functionality of the plugin, but trying to figure out how to have it developed.
I need to have a certain payment gateway be used depending upon the Affiliate who is referring the user.
The company I’m working for currently has a system where they can choose the “sales agent” and by doing so automatically knows which payment gateway to process the order on. Unfortunately, the developer left and it is going to need to evolve, so trying figure out the best way to do this. By using Affiliate Enterprise I can have the “sales agent” have their commission tracked along with their “sales manager” in live time.
Any ideas on how to go about doing this? The “closest” thing I’ve found that is pre-developed is based on the Product.

If you are using WooCommerce, you can use this function to exclude gateways on checkout like this.
This snippet will remove paypal from payment options, if an affiliate with id 3, 4 or 11 has referred a customer.
Apart from this, you can also organize affiliates into groups and exclude payment gateways for these groups.
