Indeed as it appears it is part of the theme, the developer probably created theme templates one for each type of registration. Still though, I think you should check the plugins I mentioned on my previous comment and most importantly look for a developer to support this operation, because you will need to create registration forms that are compatible with Affiliates plugin.

In order though for the referral to be successfully recorded by Affiliates Enterprise plugin, you need to use one of the supported plugins for registration. How do you handle registrations at the moment? Which plugin do you use for creating the registration forms?
FYI, at the moment Affiliates Enterprise plugin can track referred registrations for the default user registration form provided by WordPress and for forms created by Ninja Forms, Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7 and Formidable Forms plugins.

I’m not 100% sure about what is used for form creation. I originally purchased a customized WP website theme which already had the registration forms available (I think). I’ve had a website developer install the theme, but he’s been impossible to get in touch with, so I would not even be able to ask him, but I do not think it’s any plug ins for form or user registration. So maybe it’s just what’s provided by WP
Unless my previous web developer did something in addition to the theme on the backend to add user forms and registrations, but I think my website developer simply installed the customized theme which already had it available. You can check out the back office and tell me if I’m wrong though, the temp admin access should allow you access.
