Hi i have the enterprise version installed with all of your other plugins that are necessary (an update plugin? lol). However when someone visits the site and clicks on the shop, it goes directly to the shop and forgets theres a referral code. Ive set it up 100% to your documents.

Correct.
If you prefer to record referrals on orders that affiliates make, you should also enable the option to allow Auto-referrals in Affiliates > Settings, under Referrals tab.

wait no… i just did a test order and it did not count again… what are you doing to make it work lol?

I’ve added a general rate for you at 10% and the referrals are recorded properly.

Please check once more that you have installed and activated Affiliates WooCommerce integration through Affiliates > Settings, under Integrations tab.
Also check your debug.log file for any conflicts since your case isn’t the normal behavior of the plugin.
If none of the above applies, I think it’s better for me to have a look at your Dashboard. You can send me admin access to george at itthinx dot com.
