Hi there, I purchased a licence for Groups File Access a while ago. I also installed the Itthinx Updates plugin and entered the service key. It worked for some updates, but now the plugin cannot be updated (Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin). What’s wrong here??

Hi Frank,
As you have already noticed the update is no longer available for the Groups File Access extension because your subscription has expired.
Each purchased plugin on the site, includes one year of support and updates, therefore in order to get access to updates again, you need to purchase the plugin through https://www.itthinx.com/shop/groups-file-access/ .
