Problem no credit affiliate

Hello,
for some reason the plugin,stop give credit to an affiliate I dont know for what reason..im new to this plug-in so i dont know how to fix the problem.

in attached a screen shot of 2 orders that was not credited to him.

    Hi Maico,

    Thanks for providing access to your site.

    The last two referrals have to do with form submissions, but there is no base-amount field set in the contact form. You can add this field as hidden, so whenever there is a new referral, the commission amount will be calculated based on this amount.

    Hello George,
    i check what you say and its all set up good on Contact form 7 and Commissions tab ( commission is 0.25 )

    can you have a look and pls check if all is fine?

    Hi Maico,

    Please check the following and let me know the results.

    Were these referrals recorded on an order, or a different action? You can expand data and details to see more info on the referrals.
    Since you are using Affiliates Products as well, can you check if there is a rate set for the product(s) bought in these orders?
    Apart from these, since you also have Affiliates Contact form 7 installed, check that there is a commission set and is greater than zero, under Affiliates > Contact Form 7.
    Also, please have a look on your commission setting in case you have set a zero commission. Commissions can be set under Affiliates > WooCommerce Integration for product rates, or under Affiliates > Settings under Commissions tab.

    If none of the above fixes your issue, perhaps it’s better for me to have a closer look on your Dashboard.
