I’m having a couple problems with the NOTIFICATIONS:
1. The PASSWORD short code is not populating
2. The FROM NAME when notifications are sent out is always WORDPRESS. How do I change that? All other emails from my website come from the Company Name.

Please note that the [password] token cannot be used in the notification email for affiliates changing status from Pending to Accepted. This happens because a user password is stored in the database as an encrypted string and it is impossible to retrieve it as plain text due to security reasons.
Regarding from address in emails, this is the default sender used in WordPress which applies in all your site’s outgoing messages. You can modify it with a custom snippet like this one.
