Problem with proportional commission

Hi Support,

I have some questions over the configuration:

Question:1

I am using the affiliate enterprise on our website (https://www.reigniteretreat.com/affiliate). Also, using the contact form 7 with stripe and paypal addons. As I am using the addon, We are selling the retreat booking through contact form 7 where customers pay for their booking. There are two type of packages mentioned:

1. Individual – AUS$ 2397
2. Couples – AUS$ 3597

The both packages are selling through single contact form using a dropdown. As There is an option to mention amount in amount field in the contact form 7 based-on commission will be credited to the affiliate. It is working fine for single type of product how can I define commission % if we have two items with different price in the form. For example:

I want to give 10% commission to the affiliate how can I assign the commission for both items from single form.

Individual Booking: 2397 – 10%
Couple Booking: 3597 – 10%

Please go through below link what I am trying to explain:

Question:2

How can I achieve affiliate levels as mentioned below?

Gold – If affiliate earns $5000 and above will get 20% commission
Platinum – If affiliate earns $3000 – $4999 will get 15% commission
Silver – If affiliate earns $1000 – $2999 will get 10% commission

Looking forward to receiving your response..

Thanks,
James

    Hi James,

Happy new year and thanks for using Affiliates Enterprise. Furthermore, I must apologize for the delay in the response.

With respect to question 1, you can use our Affiliates Contact Form 7 Integration plugin in union with this plugin. To archieve the desired effect.

Another possible solution is with the use of Ninja forms and following our .

After which you could then follow our guide on form integration with Contact Form 7 or Ninja Forms. And if you need help doing these please let us know and we’ll be of help.

Finally, for question 2, though there isn’t a direct way you could achieve this with our plugin since it requires customization and hence coding.

You can use a custom formula to do so but it would depend on what time frame you choose to calculate the affiliate’s performance. You need to get the affiliate involved, count the earnings and then decide on which rank the affiliate belongs. Once this is done, you need to return the corresponding rate.

We would be glad to help explain a lot to your technical team for such an implementation.

Again I must thank you for your patience and for using our plugin. I look forward to your reply.

    Kindest regards,
    Eugen.
