client had an affiliate sale which was for a total of $11.77. When we look at the affiliate report for this affilate and this is the only sale to date through the affiliate program that is not a direct sale, it shows a commission amount due of 78.75, which is impossible. The second issue is that the direct sale report shows a total of $29,296 in the dashboard, however the affilates and referral page in your plug in shows a different number, plus woocommerce showing the actual sales of 15,019.
Please advise on both of these issues ASAP.

You have set a referral rate of 15.0 which means that you grant fifteen times the net order amount to your affiliates. Assuming you want to grant 15%, you need to set a rate of 0.15 – it’s a rate, not a percentage.
