I´m using your plugin Affiliates Pro with Woocommerce integration since many years. With the recent updates I´m having a problem that does not show the affiliates front end at all. Instead the shortcode is being displayed to the affiliates, not the actual information they need to see. Thank you for reaching out. I understand this must be frustrating, I am sorry and would love nothing more than to assist you.
Like I had previously explained the result you get from here, ideally occurs only if Affiliates plugin is deactivated.
However, if the plugin is activated, there might be other third-party plugins that conflict with the active plugins. And without having a closer look at your Dashboard it would be difficult to locate the reason behind this irregular behavior.
I understand you can not provide access to your live site due to data sensitivity issues. Hence, the reason why I was soliciting you to create a staging site with the client information removed and admin access shared with me.
Furthermore, if the above isn’t possible, please create a staging site, then proceed by deactivating all plugins apart from Affiliates plugin and switch to a default WordPress theme freshly installed.
Once again I remain eager to help you resolve this issue and it is not my intention to not reply, I was hoping you would create the staging environment so I can have a closer look and provide you with a solution.

I would love nothing more than to help resolve this issue for you. To do this, I would need to check the site. Please considering, you have client information that can’t be shared. Could you please create a staging clone of the site and remove all the client information so I can then take a look.

thanks for getting back. Unfortunately I cannot send you a login to the site since I have over 35.000 customer infos on this site and due to European data regulation laws I cannot allow anyone access to the site without having a written contract for security.
But I´d be more than happy to provide you with any further information that you may need in order to solve this issue.

* Affiliates Pro is installed and activated.
You can do that by navigating to your WordPress admin dashboard and navigating to Plugins > Installed Plugins.

With regards to your inquiry, based on the screenshot you shared, it would seem that Affiliates Pro isn’t activated. Please confirm if Affiliates Pro is active.
It did, take a look at your site and noticed shortcodes work here: https://www.vizpark.com/affiliate-area.
