Profit will be displayed to the affiliate when the order is in progress, not when the payment is completed. What should I do if I want the affiliate to show the profits only when the payment is completed?

The referrals recorded by Affiliates plugin support status. Especially when using Affiliates WooCommerce Integration you can adjust the settings and status based on the order status. Please have a look at the Integration documentation and give a try to these options for your referrals.
